| Prior to his position as
president of MyScreen™ Mobile, Terry Rodriguez gained extensive
expertise in real estate financing and management with companies
such as Lehndorff Property Management and Royal Le Page. Mr.
Rodriguez served as controller, treasurer and held a variety
of financial positions within Lehndorff and Royal Le Page.
While at Lehndorff, Mr. Rodriguez built Chancellor Trust into
a successful fund, managing over $10 million. While at Royal
Le Page Mr. Rodriguez was the controller managing assets in
excess of $200 million.
Leaving Royal Le Page in 2001 Mr. Rodriguez has been an asset
to many successful start up ventures in the technology and
real estate sectors, acting as a consultant and advisor. In
2005 Mr. Rodriguez was elected to be director of PSiGate Merchant
Services and Products a publicly traded Canadian venture company.
Mr. Rodgiguez is currently on the board, and has been consulting
PSiGate for the last 3 yrs.
Mr. Rodriguez received his Bachelor of Commerce from the University
of Toronto, after articling at Ernst and Young he became a
Chartered Accountant. |

| Raghu Kilambi is a Member
of the Board of Directors of MyScreen™ and MyScreen™'s Chief
Financial Officer representing Orascom Telecom. Raghu was
a financial advisor to Orascom Telecom in their strategic
investment in MyScreen™ and is advising Orascom on their North
American mobile strategy.
Raghu is a merchant banker and entrepreneur and has been an
early stage investor or principal in companies including FutureLink
(peak >> Nasdaq market cap of $2 billion), Dealtime
(now part of EBay) and C2B Technologies (now part of Yahoo).
Raghu earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree at McGill University
and is a Canadian Chartered Accountant. |

Bailey |

| Jim Bailey has 15 years of
experience in Telecoms, Media and Technology as CFO, CEO and
Board member, most of this gained internationally in the United
Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He began his
career with a global satellite provider before moving into
fixed line telecommunications and cable television. He spent
two years as Director of Mergers and Acquisitions with an
Application Service Provider in Canada before moving back
to Europe where he spent the last 5 years with an international
mobile operator working in GSM and WiMAX. His most recent
position was CFO and Board member of a WiMAX joint venture
with Intel Capital.
Mr. Bailey has led over 20 M&A transactions totaling several
billion in value representing both the buy and sell side in
public and private, domestic and cross-border transactions
in addition to executive management roles in finance and strategy.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University
of Calgary as well as a Masters in Business Administration
from London Business School in the UK. He is currently President
of a private consulting company providing advice in financial
and strategic planning, M&A and fund-raising to companies
in a range of sectors including TMT. |
